SOLUTION: Reconsider the organization's clients and prospects and their business needs. Designed to introduce viewers broadly to the firm's products and services and then drive intended parties to the organization's sales force, the Web site presents a strong combination of service descriptions and product demos.

CHALLENGE: Creating a strong image that will help this newly-formed health care services company build its brand.
SOLUTION: Brand all market-facing material not only with similar visual elements, but also with identical key messages established by management. The organization's central business is the reprocessing of specified medical devices using water as a primary cleaning agent. In addition, a cleaner environment results from the company's cleaning processes. These concepts are presented subtly throughout the marketing elements Web site, sales brochures, stationery and presentation materials.

SOLUTION: Highly creative, cost-efficient proposal processes and production. Many organizations, particularly professional services firms, win new business through formal proposals. However, one organization's response often sounds and looks very much like the next one's. Smith can add dramatic punch to an organization's efforts, helping expand relationships and bottom-lines.

CHALLENGE: Applying previously established logo to all market-facing material.
SOLUTION: A full-scale rollout of newly designed marketing and corporate materials. The organization established design and usage specs to govern the newly created brand. A wide variety of printed and electronic pieces were produced. Many are shown here.

CHALLENGE: Producing an eye-catching design that establishes a platform for future print advertisements.
SOLUTION: A simple visual tool the gavel established a thematic "hook" for all future advertisements. In addition, much attention was given to creating a presentation that allowed considerable text in this and future ad placements.

CHALLENGE: Establishing a marketing appeal within a highly conservative market environment.
SOLUTION: High-gloss, high-brow promotional campaign. These materials were designed not to sell services, but instead to further establish the brand in the marketplace.
